🔸 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with handling inbound sales queries via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Learn to understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  • Support documentation, follow-ups, and CRM data entry.
  • Shadow senior executives during client communication and internal processes.

🔸 Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in final-year or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • Well-spoken in both Urdu and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to commit full-time for the internship duration.
