Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance Voznet’s online presence and generate leads. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to promote our IT solutions effectively across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Create and manage engaging content for Voznet’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop lead-generation strategies aligned with Voznet’s B2B sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads from digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years or more of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B IT solutions.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

Targets:

• Lead Generation: Generate a set number of qualified leads per month.
• Website Traffic and Engagement: Increase website traffic by 15-20% quarterly and improve engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on site).
• Conversion Rate: Achieve a target conversion rate from digital campaigns (e.g., 5-10% for landing pages).
• Campaign ROI: Ensure a positive ROI on ad spend, aiming for at least a 2-3x return.
• Social Media Growth and Engagement: Increase social media following by 10% quarterly and achieve an engagement rate of 5%+.
