Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, pitch Voznet’s IT solutions, and close deals. The role involves active prospecting and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via calls, emails, and visits.
  • Present Voznet’s IT solutions, including Zoom, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Targets:

  • Prospecting Activity: Set daily or weekly targets for cold calls/emails (e.g., 50-80 per day).
  • New Business Acquisitions: Set monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisitions.
  • Pipeline Growth: Maintain a robust pipeline with a minimum number of active leads, aiming for a 15-20% conversion rate from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct a set number of client meetings (in-person or virtual) weekly.
  • Sales Revenue: Set a monthly/quarterly revenue goal for new business from outbound efforts.

Performance Review: Monthly based on outreach volume, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
