Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming inquiries, convert leads into sales, and nurture relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and proposing Voznet’s tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend appropriate Voznet products and services, such as Zoom solutions, cloud services, and unified communications.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inbound B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Voznet’s products and solutions (Zoom, cloud, IT infrastructure).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Targets:
- Lead Conversion Rate: Aim for a conversion rate of 20-30% from qualified leads to closed deals.
- Monthly Sales Revenue: Set a monthly revenue target based on company goals, adjusted seasonally as needed.
- Average Deal Size: Track and aim for a consistent or increasing average deal size over time.
- Response Time: Ensure all inbound inquiries are responded to within 24 hours to maximize conversion potential.
- Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads at different stages to improve engagement and close rates.
Performance Review: Quarterly, based on conversion rate, revenue targets, and responsiveness.
